Terms of Service

Access is exclusively for adult individuals. The platform may contain adult-oriented content, including explicit discussion of adult interests and real-life meetups. By proceeding past the entry gate, you:

• Confirm you are 18 years of age or older
• Accept that the platform contains adult content
• Accept full personal responsibility for any false age declaration
• Confirm that viewing and accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction

FF-Lover.FUN is a closed, private community. Access requires either:

• A valid invite code issued by an existing member, or
• A paid early-access code obtained via the platform's payment flow

You may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is not permitted and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you upload, post, or share on the platform
• The accuracy and legality of your profile information
• Contact data you share with other members
• Your interactions with other users, both online and offline
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

ERKA Event Ltd. does not control user-generated content and does not verify the identity, claims, or intentions of members. You use the platform and interact with other members at your own risk.

While FF-Lover.FUN maintains an open, adult community character, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Content involving minors — any content that sexualizes, depicts, or endangers persons under 18
• Non-consensual content — any content that depicts or describes non-consensual acts
• Illegal content — content that violates applicable law in Germany or the user's jurisdiction
• Content infringing third-party rights — copyrighted material, private images of third parties without consent
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct — towards other members or the platform team
• Spam or automated activity — mass messaging, scraping, or bot usage
• Impersonation — creating profiles that misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Malware or harmful code — attempting to compromise platform security

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, without prior notice.

ERKA Event Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law
• Suspend or permanently delete accounts at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms
• Revoke access to the platform at any time for any reason
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform
• Amend these Terms at any time (continued use constitutes acceptance)

ERKA Event Ltd. provides no guarantee regarding the identity, authenticity, behavior, intentions, or safety of any member. By using the platform to arrange real-life meetings, you acknowledge that:

• You act entirely at your own risk
• The platform cannot verify the identity or claims of any member
• ERKA Event Ltd. is not liable for any outcome, harm, or damage resulting from offline interactions, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise

Early access to the platform may be purchased via a one-time payment. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. FF-Lover.FUN does not store payment card details.

Paid access codes are single-use and non-transferable. Once used for registration, the code is consumed and cannot be reused.

Refund policy: payments for access codes are generally non-refundable once the code has been issued. If a technical error prevents code delivery, contact us at the contact form on our Imprint page.

FF-Lover.FUN is operated from Germany and is available globally. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your country or jurisdiction. Access to or use of the platform may not be lawful in all jurisdictions. If access to or use of the platform is unlawful in your location, you must not use the platform. By accessing the platform, you accept sole responsibility for compliance with your local laws.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ERKA Event Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own actions
• Content posted by users of the platform
• Interruptions, errors, or downtime of the platform
• Any damages resulting from offline interactions between members
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind

Liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence by ERKA Event Ltd. remains unaffected to the extent required by applicable law. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for bodily injury) is not excluded.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

ERKA Event Ltd. may terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by applicable law. No refund is provided upon termination for cause.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict of law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

ERKA Event Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of FF-Lover.FUN after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
